HIGH AVAILABILITY INFRASTRUCTURE - BIOSMOSE - France
Installation of a High Availability Infrastructure.
Ennovia has been selected to improve the availability of the business application intended to store and display anylysis results. An High Availibilty virtualization solution has been designed based on the Xen Open Source Solution to provide aan increased availibility. A small rack cabinet has been designed to be intergrated transparently in the Laboratory Information System with minimum impacts. The project planification has allowed a smooth intergation with very small production services outages. After a succesfull migration and axploitation period, the whole business applications has been virtualized adding addititional nodes to the existing cluster thus offering a flexible evolution. ENNOVIA is in charge of proactive monitoring and reactive support on the whole infrastructure. The folowing solutions have been used :
- Xen open Source virtualization solution with ENNOVIA HA custom scripts
- SAN Storage solution based on OpenFiler iSCSI
- Monitoring Solution based on Centreon and Nagvis Real Time Map
