Installation of an High Avalaibility Infrastructure

In the framework of the commissioning of the petro-chemical complex Yasref (Yanbu Aramco Sinopec REFinery), in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia ($10 bil.in investment), ENNOVIA was engaged by SPIE/SNC Lavalin  to put into place the necessary IT infrastructure and to supply Quickbrain software published by Crazylog for document managementans the IT infrastructure needed for collaborative work of 200 persons.

Ennovia has designed a robust redundant architecture based on a high availability virtualization system supplying the services necessary for the execution of the project in optimal conditions: File server, domaine controller, applications server, backup, monitoring in real time and the Quickbrain server.
The network is hardenned by 2 high-availability firewalls. The international teams can have remote access to data through VPNtunnels.
To provide high level of service and security, QoS, URL filtering and ressource control policies have been implemented.

ENNOVIA has coordinated all local company involved in this project to perform  the installation and deployment of the network and services in less than one month on site.
The local IT team in charge of exploitation of the infrastructure benefitted from a transfer of competencies during this phase of installation, tests and configuration.

Several hundred users will ultimately be connected to this infrastructure, which illustrates ENNOVIA’s expertise in high-availability IT infrastructure for construction sites.
